The pioneering sounds of early West African electronic music to a Brussels-based, contemporary, ritual dreamscaper. We also have the Freedom Archives taking us back (for a moment) into the cold war era; and a wonderful conversation via Kyoto, Japan with Tmnit Ghide, a Berlin based sound artist, Dj, researcher and cultural worker with Eritrean roots, whose practice explores sound as a socio-political archive and who speaks with us about sharing resources and knowldege, and building synergies and bridges to the continent...
