In today's LaRadio show, we have as a studio guest a photographer-journalist from Syria. We will have an informal conversation with her about her personal experiences of being a journalist in an envrionment of a heavily regulated media. We will discuss her way of life as a woman in the Syrian society. We will broadcast an interview with a women's right activist about the major issues in this front, the successful work done in recent years and projections into the future. We will discuss the patriarchial rules and regulations that have penetrated into the legal system from the perspective of legal equality for both sexes. Anectodal interview with a sufferer of the regime will take place to cover the subject of recent unrest and the current reaction of the Syrian regime.
